Responsibilities

As a Technician within our Test & Development department, you will work as part of a highly skilled workshop-based team supporting vehicle test programmes at Farnborough and beyond. You will collaborate closely with Test & Development Engineers, carrying out electrical and mechanical build, modification, instrumentation, diagnostics, and fault‑finding activities. Your role will ensure vehicles are correctly configured and tested to the highest standards, both on site and at external proving grounds. This practical and varied role involves prototype vehicles, advanced systems, and cutting‑edge technology, including EV and hybrid platforms.
