- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to address organizational needs related to human capital.
- Manage HRIS systems such as UltiPro, SAP, and Dayforce for efficient HR operations.
- Conduct data collection to support strategic planning and present findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
