Key Responsibilities


Operational & Regulatory Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage lending processes, documentation accuracy, and regulatory submissions.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Drive branch performance through effective target setting, resource optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure revenue and sales targets are consistently achieved.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve high standards of performance and service.
