Operational & Regulatory Management
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage lending processes, documentation accuracy, and regulatory submissions.
Sales & Performance Management
- Drive branch performance through effective target setting, resource optimization, and performance analysis.
- Ensure revenue and sales targets are consistently achieved.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve high standards of performance and service.
