About the role

This is a contract position, renewable on a yearly basis.

  • The T&C Engineer shall support the T&C Manager for overseeing all testing and commissioning activities of the Contractors, including the coordination of testing and commissioning activities that interface with the client.
  • Lead the OE’s proposed testing and commissioning team and coordinate with its Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team and OE’s design team as well as the Contractors to review the development of the Contractors testing and commissioning plan and the Contractors execution of their plan in order to achieve the Project milestones for each of the EPC Contracts (EPC Package 1 – Waste to Energy/Materials Recovery Facility and EPC Package 2 – Sludge Incineration Facility/Food Waste Treatment Facility).
