I'm a Texas land wholesaler with a large acreage tract under contract. I need an experienced land comp specialist who understands the Texas land market..s specifically large rural/development acreage.
You must understand how developers run numbers versus builders, and how that impacts land value.
Scope:
Pull strong, recent large-acreage comps
Provide price-per-acre breakdown
Deliver a clear, defensible MV range with brief justification
Timeline:
Quick turnaround needed.

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
