Job Description

Job Title: THIRD COOK

We are recruiting for (2) positions. The position is full-time 30–40 hours per week, permanent with an hourly rate of $17.25. Overtime may be required as necessary, paid at an hourly rate of 1½.

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food in one of our many kitchen sections, including a la carte, banquets, and Base Camp (staff cafeteria).
  • Operate an individual station within the kitchen, under the supervision of first cooks and/or the CDP.
  • Report to the kitchen CDP and First Cooks.
  • Work according to menu specifications.
  • Control food waste in your section.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with safe food‑handling policies, including personal hygiene procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadership.
  • Protect company assets and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
