Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support to Operations in resolving complex networking issues that require expert-level analysis.
- Act as a technical consultant on network designs, vulnerabilities, network innovations, and tools efficiencies.
- Facilitate technical training programs for the entire division to develop their skills on existing and new technologies.
- Resolve incidents and reduce incident frequency, maintaining Network/Service Availability.
