Summary
The primary responsibility of the Variable piece rate Installer is to ensure the precise installation of flooring Tile.
Essential Functions
Surface Preparation: Cleaning, leveling, and smoothing surfaces to ensure proper tile adhesion. Measuring and Marking: Accurately measuring and marking surfaces according to blueprints or design specifications. Tile Cutting and Shaping: Cutting and shaping tiles to fit around obstacles and in specific spaces using tools like wet saws, tile scribes, and handheld tile cutters. Adhesive Application: Applying mortar, mastic, or other adhesives evenly to the surface using trowels.
