TOOL MAKER

We are seeking an experienced Tool Maker to design, fabricate, and maintain precision tools and fixtures. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of tool design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and fabricate precision tools and fixtures
  • Operate precision machinery (CNC, lathe, milling)
  • Inspect and test tool performance
  • Maintain and repair tools and equipment
  • Document tool specifications and improvements
  • Troubleshoot tool issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tool maker experience
  • Proficiency with CNC and precision machinery
  • Blueprint reading and CAD knowledge preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
