Job Description

What You Will Do

  • 具备测试机台评估选择的能力，能够结合模具加工和项目进度进行SRN、物料耗用申请；
  • 按照作业指导书的要求，独立完成新模具架模、夹具安装、调试；
  • 熟练操作SUMITOMO、SODICK注塑机，Yushin、Star机械手，具备机械参数优化能力；
  • 具备参照检验规范对产品进行外观检验；
  • 具备eDART曲线匹配、参数优化的能力，能够按照FOT优化表格进行参数优化；
  • 能够独立或联络相关团队快速解决测试过程中遇到的问题点，缩短测试时间；
  • 能够记录、分析、总结新模具测试过程中的异常，并推动设计、加工或外部供应商协同解决；
    • 能够管理新模具的测试验证进程，确保项目顺利移交，提供远程或现场支持完成该流程；

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 七年以上塑胶模具架模、生产相关经验；
  • 会操作电动行车、电动叉车，并具备上岗证;
  • 对产品常见模具问题的解决，以及机器报警的解除；
  • 了解注塑成型/模具开发流程；
  • 具备一定的英语读写能力、具有团队合作能力，协调与沟通相关部门对异常问题的解决;
    • 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调能力以及表达能力;
