Summary This position is located at US Mint,Manufacturing Directorate - Denver - Plant Engineering Division. As a Toolmaker Supervisor, you will be administratively and technically responsible for the supervision of work operations performed by the following: Toolmaker Work Leader, Toolmakers, Machinists, and Apprentices. Responsibilities As a Toolmaker Supervisor, you will: Plan and schedule work, sequence of operations, manpower, equipment, materials, and tools on a day-to-day, project-by-project, and month-to-month basis for the overall use of subordinate personnel. Explain work requirements, methods and procedures to subordinates; advises and counsels workers on how to improve performance and explains new work techniques. Identify and ensures work unit goals are aligned with United States Mint strategic goals. Foster a safe working environment.
