Job Description

The Head of Total Rewards is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that support the company’s goals, attract and retain top talent, and ensure market competitiveness. This role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for compensation, benefits, recognition programs, job evaluation, and related compliance areas.


Key Responsibilities:


Compensation Strategy & Design

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee salary benchmarking, market surveys, and internal equity analysis.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of incentive and bonus programs.

Benefits Management

  • Design, review, and manage employee benefits programs (e.g., healthcare, insurance, retirement plans).
