Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside calls and assist customers in a variety of situations
• Safely load, transport, and recover vehicles in all conditions
• Operate towing equipment including winches, straps, and securing devices
• Perform vehicle recoveries, including overturned vehicles when required
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment logs
• Communicate with customers and dispatch in a professional, respectful manner
• Complete daily paperwork including service reports and trip logs

Schedule

This is an on‑call position (24/7 rotation), with scheduled weeks working at Discovery Ford in between rotations offering variety in your day‑to‑day work.
