Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6pm

Compensation: Up to $2500

Job Descriptions
  • Plan and prepare schedules for courses
  • Plan and assign classrooms
  • Plan and assign Adult Educators (Trainers)
  • Publish training cohorts via TMS and Website
  • Manage training resources (classroom and trainers)
  • Support course registration and enrolment
Job Requirements
  • Minimally Diploma or equivalent.
  • Well versed with MSOffice especially Excel
  • Experience in course scheduling and allocation of training resources
  • Experience in the Training Industry
  • Experience in working on TMS and LMS
  • Team Player
  • Keen eye for details and accuracy
  • Able to work independently
