KEY OBJECTIVES:

Responsible for analyzing communication-related performance gaps and designing targeted learning interventions that enhance both oral and written English proficiency across the organization.



QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Communication, Journalism, Psychology, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Additional training in instructional design, language facilitation, adult learning principles, or business communication is advantageous.


Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in language training, learning and development, or communication coaching in a BPO or corporate environment.
