Job Description
The Training Assistant is to assist and support the training officers/staff.
Core Responsibilities- Supports the work done by the Training Officers/staff and supervises clients
- Food preparation and feeding of clients
- Assists clients to walk to toilets, cleaning up, and changing diapers for clients as and when necessary
- Assists in running groups, sessions, outings
- Any other projects/duties as assigned
- Client- and family-centric
- High levels of patience and passion for working with adults with disabilities
