Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end training programmes, from registration to completion
- Manage course placements, scheduling, and participant communications
- Maintain training databases, dashboards, and records with accuracy
- Support procurement of training services, including vendor coordination and documentation
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and audit-related matters
- Develop and deliver communication materials and briefings for participants
- Monitor training performance, KPIs, and prepare reports/analysis
- Support outreach to training providers and facilitate new programme offerings
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Handle enquiries and provide administrative support for training operations
- Ensure proper documentation and issuance of certificates where required
