Job Description Translation Empire PK is hiring a Training & Development Officer to support and enhance the learning culture across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for helping plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at their best. This is a mid-level role ideal for candidates with some prior training experience who are looking to take the next step in their professional journey. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of training programs and learning initiatives
Identify employee learning needs in collaboration with HR and departmental leads
