Position Overview

The District Training & Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting all District wide development programs and training through multiple modalities and spaces. Using the District Development Plan, they will drive creation of content and development initiatives within their respective courses.

Kiewit Power Constructors (KPC) provides direct-hire construction services for Power Generation utilizing a union craft force. Kiewit Power Constructors builds major EPC power plant and solar farm projects throughout North America.

Location


This position is based out of Lenexa, KS and Require 50% travel, 75% at peak. This is not a remote position.
