Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong experience designing and leading training programs in GMP/GxP environments, preferably for Veeva Vault QMS or similar QMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of QMS processes (Deviations, CAPA, Audits, Inspections) and how changes to these processes and the system impact end users and training needs.
- Proven ability to develop end-to-end training strategies and plans aligned with program milestones, change impacts, and go live/adoption objectives.
- Experience conducting training needs and audience analyses (by role, function, and site), and translating these into targeted curricula and learning paths.
- Proficiency in designing and creating training content (e.g., e learning, instructor led materials, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs) using enterprise tools and templates.
