Training Manager

At Uptime Crew, the role of Training Manager is a bridge between recruiting and training teams. The Training Manager is an integral partner in the Training Organization by implementing and executing training activities; and building employee expertise while ensuring they have great experience during their selection process and training.

Training & Facilitation

  • Deliver instructor‑led training (virtual or in‑person) on DevOps tools.
  • Lead hands‑on labs, demos, and workshops that reinforce real‑world best practices.
  • Clearly explain containerization concepts to learners at various skill levels.
  • Create training materials including slide decks, lab guides, assessments, and reference documentation.
