nt Implementing the best practices across stores to uplift store experien
ce Developing a grading and testing structure to assess all store tea
ms Creating Training Manuals which are focused and clear on topics within the brand. These can include videos and presentatio
ns Deliver training sessions in person one on one, or in groups in store or online for outstation stor
es Assess business goals and develop training material that ali
