Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to design and deliver training programs (classroom/Face to face)
- Knowledge with power point, Microsoft excel and Canva
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales training programs for new and existing staff
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and Sales onboarding programs
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve performance
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Update training materials based on market trends and company goals
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training with targets
- Track and report training progress and result
