Job Description

Purpose Statement: The Training Specialist II will develop and deliver effective technical training programs to aid in the enhancement of technical skills within the organization. This role is responsible for the creation of training materials, training coordination, and ensuring the seamless execution of training initiatives. This role involves the coordination and partnership with organizational subject matter experts on the appropriate training delivery methods and content accuracy.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Administer learning management system training to maintain data and record integrity and accuracy.
  • Support communication and alignment of global training processes and programs.
