Minimum 14+ Yrs of Hands-on experience and 5+ Yrs of working as Technical lead / Solutions Architect for migration of Legacy Mainframe based applications to AWS Cloud. Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale mainframe modernization initiatives on AWS. Lead solutioning, PoCs, and end-to-end implementation of modernization programs. Define target-state architectures for migrating legacy systems (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM). Develop reference architectures, design blueprints, and hybrid modernization strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, re-architect). Define CICS web services / API-led and microservices-based architectures for decoupling legacy systems. Strong hands-on expertise in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM).
