Job Description

Summary:

The Transition Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful transition of services, processes, or projects from one state to another—such as from development to operations, from an incumbent service provider to a new provider, or from an old system to a new one. This role ensures seamless knowledge transfer, minimal business disruption, adherence to project timelines, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong project / Program management skills, experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams Independently.
