Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third party logistics relationships.
- 2 years of experience working with Transportation Management Application (e.g., JDA).
- Experience driving performance through metrics and using data for process improvement.
- Experience working across all levels, from associates to senior‑level leaders.
- Experience in the use of distribution strategies and ability to interpret carrier rates, agreements and tariffs.
- Knowledge of multi modal transportation.
- Ability to lead people/cross‑functional and project teams in a matrix environment to deliver results.
