Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals (idea till editing & posting).
  • Generate creative content ideas based on audience insights, social media trends, competitor analysis, and performance data.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, viral content formats, and consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and performance teams to ensure content supports overall campaign objectives.
  • Analyze content performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, watch time, etc.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for future content strategies and creative improvements.
  • Contribute strategic recommendations on content direction, audience growth, brand positioning, and performance optimization.
  • Handling social media account of the brand such as Instagram, Tiktok, ...
