Responsibilities
- Deliver testing services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage testing activities in accordance with project timelines and SLAs.
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain expertise in product specifications, testing methodologies, and automation tools.
- Support and mentor less experienced Technical Analysts and review their work.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, training, presentations, and technical publications.
- Support customers in defining testing strategies and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training, certification, professional networking, and industry best practices.
- Adhere to the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and all physical and information security requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
