Rate:                 $27.65/Hour

 

Job Duties

  • Provide technology support activities in an assigned area.

  • Perform equipment exchanges and maintain accurate inventory controls.

  • Install software, apply program updates, and perform system configurations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer and telecommunications systems.

  • Train users on supported hardware and software from both user and technical perspectives.
