L3Harris Agile Development Group (ADG) is seeking a Field Technician to join our Flight Test and Evaluation team supporting our family of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). The Field Technician plays a critical hands-on role in developmental flight testing, as well as end-user integration and training. Operating across lab and field environments, the Field Technician is the primary interface between engineering teams and end-users to ensure mission success.

This is a mission-focused, highly technical position requiring excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role includes event planning, system preparation, troubleshooting, maintenance, training and customer support. The position requires the ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team under varying environmental conditions.
