Job Description
We're looking for a direct-response UGC strategist who understands Meta/Facebook ads, sales psychology, and how to turn creator content into conversion-focused assets.
This role is not about generic UGC. It's about hooks, angles, objections, persuasion, and structured sales messaging — packaged in a way creators can execute naturally.
You'll be responsible for writing high-performing UGC briefs, developing ad concepts and sales angles, and coordinating directly with creators to ensure content is delivered correctly and on time.
What you'll be doing:
• Create clear, performance-driven UGC briefs for Meta ads
• Develop ad concepts using direct response frameworks (hooks, pain points, desire, objections, CTA)
• Translate sales messaging into creator-friendly language
• Build content angles for different stages of the funnel (cold, warm, retargeting)
