UHT Production Supervisor

Required for a reputable FMCG company based in Humansdorp, Eastern Cape .

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years previous Supervisory experience in a dairy or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• A suitable qualification to facilitate good manufacturing practices and sound staff management principles.
• Previous experience and knowledge of the Tetra Pak Filling machines will be an advantage.
• Strong product knowledge skills.
• Excellent housekeeping skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performance team consisting of Filling machine operators, Downstream Operators, and General Workers.
