User Experience Design
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify staff needs and pain points.
- Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes .
- Apply user‑centered design principles to improve usability and adoption across enterprise solutions, including platforms such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure full‑stack environments .
User Interface & Visual Design
- Design clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces aligned with established branding and design guidelines.
- Develop high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using standard design tools.
- Ensure consistent UI patterns across Power Platform solutions, ServiceNow applications, SharePoint experiences, and custom applications
