Must Haves:
  • 8-9 years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience with UKG application, specifically workforce dimensions - creating approval processes, upload rules/policies/procedures, integrations, creating TS rules.
  • Focus on timekeeping, approvals, absences, accrual processes.
  • Ideal candidate will be extremely good with UKG and experience with integration Success Factors.
  • About the role: Working on project build out of UKG foundations for new entity in Success Factors.
  • Work with Success Factors to build modules/structure.
  • Deep understanding of UKG Workforce Dimensions and strong functional knowledge of UKG modules including:
  • Workforce Dimensions.
  • Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping.
  • Workforce Dimensions Accruals.
  • Workforce Dimensions Absence.
  • Workforce Dimensions Analytics.
