Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.

  • Ensure all customers/clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients concerning a policy status or billing error.
  • Ensure that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or College degree.
  • IT graduates or related computer courses is an advantage.
  • Critical decision-making skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
