Calculated Hire is seeking an Underwriting Manager for our Financial Services client to support mortgage lending. This role will lead underwriting operations, support mortgage loan decisioning, and partner closely with Mortgage Loan Officers, Processing teams, and Business Banking partners to ensure efficient loan execution and quality control.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and support day-to-day mortgage underwriting operations within a high-volume lending environment
• Review and underwrite a variety of residential mortgage loan products
• Exercise lending authority and approve loans within established limits and guidelines
