You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with HR and Total Rewards teams to drive scalable solutions across various processes. Your technical acumen will help establish best practices and enhance operational maturity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as senior technical owner for Payroll and Compensation modules
• Lead design and support for payroll processes and governance
• Manage project lifecycles from requirements to implementation
• Resolve complex system issues while guiding best practices
• Help improve People Technology operational excellence
Requirements:
• 6+ years of relevant Workday experience
