We are a performance-driven Shopify and WordPress development agency looking for a serious Upwork Growth & Closing Manager to take full ownership of our Upwork acquisition channel.
This is not a VA role.
This is not a proposal-spamming role.
We are looking for someone who understands positioning, qualification, and closing — and can turn Upwork into a predictable revenue stream.

Scope of Role
You will be responsible for:

• Strategically identifying high-quality opportunities (no mass bidding)

• Writing sharp, tailored proposals aligned to the client's real business problem

• Handling all client communication and pre-qualification

• Leading discovery and sales calls independently
