Upwork Job Post: Operator VA

I'm hiring an Operator VA to execute repeatable tasks inside my company systems. This is not a strategist role. If you like checklists, clear instructions, and doing the work exactly as written, you'll do well here.
I do not need you to bring your own process or do it your way. I need someone who can follow instructions precisely, communicate clearly, and show up reliably.
What you'll do
Tasks vary and may change week to week. They are execution-focused and spec-driven, such as:
Copy/paste builds and data entry inside web tools
Uploading assets/files and organizing folders
Creating items from templates (documents, dashboards, campaigns, pages, etc.)
Pulling exports/reports and placing them in the correct shared folders
Following SOPs step-by-step and confirming completion
QA checks: screenshots + checklist + short Loom walkthrough when requested
You will be given:
SOPs + Loom videos + checklists
Exact instructions and definition of done for each task...
