Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Support quarterly sales target tracking and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate inventory and logistics operations, including stock reports, purchase order submissions, stock replenishment and delivery coordination.
  • Support finance and payment administration.
  • Assist the marketing team with event and campaign operations (ad-hoc basis).
  • Support regulatory and compliance administration; maintain proper filing and records.
  • Assists in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
  • With prior admin experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
  • Commit 3 days per week (Work hours: 9am - 6pm)
  • Location: Mapletree Business City (walkable distance from Labrador Park MRT) / Plaza Singapura (ad-hoc basis)
