Urgent: R&D Engineer (Algorithm/Optical Inspection Systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop image and signal processing algorithms for inspection and metrology systems
• Design, prototype, and implement production-ready algorithms
• Perform testing, performance analysis, and optimization
• Support documentation and technical user support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and testing

Requirements

• Min Degree / Master / PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
• Strong experience in image processing, signal processing, or AI/ML is required
• Knowledge in deep learning, segmentation, feature extraction, or classification is an advantage
• Programming skills in C/C++, Python, and/or MATLAB
• Knowledge of CUDA / parallel computing is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
