Position – Manager UI/UX Designer
Location- Chennai(Work From Office)
Relevant Exp : 13+ years
Banking Experience Preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands-on Design Responsibilities
Champion principles of
usability, accessibility, and user-centered design .
Apply knowledge of designing in an
Agile environment
while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct
user research, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis .
Develop
user flows, journey maps, wireframes, page flows, and sitemaps .
Create
high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI assets
aligned with style guides and brand standards.
Define and apply
visual design principles, design language, typography, iconography, and motion/interaction design .
Recommend
modern navigation patterns
and support scalable information architecture.
Design and propose
