UX Designer

Marosa is a leading FinTech company based in Vigo, specialising in tax technology. Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful software solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Design end-to-end experiences across our web application, from wireframes to final UI
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into clean, functional interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain our design system in collaboration with the frontend team
• Advocate for user experience in every product conversation.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles.
