Validation/characterization Engineering Intern - Norway

We are looking for a student to join our Validation team as an intern. The main focus of the Validation team is to optimize and validate the performance of Texas Instruments radio microcontroller devices before they are made available for our customers. This is achieved through
- design and optimization of RF matching networks for our customer facing hardware reference designs/schematics
- creating and optimizing firmware needed to quickly and reliably execute all supported modes and conditions in our devices
- optimizing settings and validating performance on all supported features and for all applicable conditions - ensuring we are able to provide the best possible performance for our datasheet parametrics
- stressing the devices by running heavy use-case scenarios in parallel across conditions, with the aim to find and root cause weaknesses/unintentional behavior/bugs on our state-of-the-art wireless MCU’s and transceivers
