In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Oversee and organize the daily workflow and operations for the assigned value stream and shift.
  • Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, performance management, career development, and discipline.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed safely, accurately, and on time.
