Job Description

**Primary Role:** Sales-focused PA for day-to-day operations, customer engagement, and driving revenue during UK business hours (9am–4pm GMT/BST, Mon–Thurs with 1 hour unpaid break). Monthly rolling contract at **$350 USD**, with potential progression to full-time hire.
**Core Responsibilities**
**Customer Communication & Sales (70%)**
- Reply to emails **promptly** (within 2 hours max) using correct UK spelling/grammar
- Answer **phone calls confidently** to close sales (UK customers)
- **Live chat** within 2–3 mins with product recommendations
- **Actively upsell** complementary products (lighting with stands, design packages, counters)
- Follow up overdue emails/orders to convert leads
**Sales Support (20%)**
- Guide customers to right exhibition products (pop-up stands, modular displays, banners)
