Visitor Experience Manager

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Visitor Experience Manager to join our team on a minimum hours (24 hrs per week) contract on a fixed-term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an outstanding, world-class visitor experience at Silverstone Museum.

As Visitor Experience Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth and safe daily operation of the museum , acting as the senior person on site during your shifts. You will lead and support our front‑of‑house team, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable and engaging experience.
