Design and lead implementations of enterprise-grade database solutions that meet regulatory, security, availability, scalability and performance requirements for banking industry. Contribute to organizational strategy by planning database services to support business demand analysis, technical architecture and service delivery across database platforms. Collaborate with global and regional architecture teams to evaluate, design and standardize database technologies and solutions aligned with strategic direction. Proactively develop and maintain the database technology landscape, guiding modernization and rationalization efforts across regions.
