About the role

As Perk scales, implementation has become a critical lever in the business. Not a support function, but the engine that converts signed deals into live, value‑generating customers. The foundation is there. Now we need the leadership to build it into something that scales.

This is a seat on the Revenue Leadership Team, leading a function of roughly 35 FTEs, across our travel and spend modules with direct accountability for delivery performance, time‑to‑value, and onboarding economics.

The short version: take a capable but early‑stage team, bring operational rigour, build something that performs at scale, and use AI to fundamentally change how we deliver.

What you’ll be responsible for

Delivery and performance You own implementation performance across all products and segments: delivery quality, project throughput, time‑to‑live, and CSAT. You’re expected to move the numbers.
